			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Good news &#8211; its FINALLY dry enough to open the trails.  </p>
<p>Here&#8217;s a note from Charlie Gaines, our TTPA Trail Steward:</p>
<p>All trailheads are open. Use caution though, as they are muddy in places. The trail North from Brock dale after you go about a mile is under water, due to the high level of the lake. </p>
<p>We have just installed concrete pads under 5 equestrian gates, 2 at Brockdale and 3 at Highland. They were eroding so it was necessary to pour concrete.I have the gates open so riders can ride the trail until the concrete dries. </p>
